Ah…but there’s one big error Coaches tend to make.
Moving Too Quickly
Many coaches commit to the new and discard the old too quickly. It’s “out with the old” before it is time—when the old is still worth gold.
Meaning? There’s stuff that worked well and they upgraded before they needed to.
